There was a moment where I realised something simple… but powerful.

Growth without purpose… doesn’t last.

That realisation didn’t come from theory.

It came from working with people… leaders, entrepreneurs, communities…

Seeing stress, burnout, pressure… and the silent struggles behind success.

And that’s where my journey truly began.

I am Rico Wagner Caleap —

an executive coach, organisational development consultant, and a man committed to one mission:

Helping people reconnect with themselves… and build a life that truly works.

Through my work with WO Management, LolaLearn, and 4Homeowners,

I’ve supported individuals and organisations to grow — not just in business, but in clarity, confidence, and direction.

Alongside this journey, I have also worked closely with the Costa Coffee family, representing a unique distribution partnership across Romania, Moldova, Ukraine, Hungary, and Bulgaria.

This experience has shaped my understanding of hospitality excellence, customer experience, and the power of creating meaningful everyday rituals — even something as simple as coffee can become a moment of connection and wellbeing.

As Director of the Croydon Business Association, I work closely with local and national partners, including collaborations connected to the Department for Work and Pensions (DWP), supporting Croydon residents through programmes focused on digital inclusion and emotional wellbeing.

In this work, I help individuals understand and manage the emotional impact of digital life — from anxiety and overwhelm to disconnection — empowering them to build healthier relationships with technology and with themselves.

Because in today’s world, wellbeing is not only physical…

it is deeply digital, emotional, and mental.

This journey led to recognition —

Health & Wellbeing Champions Award, Croydon 2022.

But awards are not the goal.

Impact is.

Over the years, I’ve combined executive coaching, CBT practice, emotional intelligence, and real-world business experience to create something unique:
