 7:30 – 8:00 AM Guided aerosol breathing session by the Black Sea + gentle mobility, stretching, and movement.

8:00 – 9:30 AM Healthy breakfast with fresh fruit, herbal teas, coffee, eggs, and local produce.

10:00 AM – 12:00 PM Guided Mud Therapy Session.

1:00 – 2:30 PM Nutritious lunch.

3:00 – 5:00 PM 5 Rest and relaxation.

5:00 – 6:00 PM Wellbeing Coaching & Mental Empowerment Session.

 6:00 - 8:00pm Dinner 

 8:00 pm onwards Social evening, outdoor walking, storryteller
