8:00 – 9:30 AM Breakfast 

10:00 AM – 12:00 PM Guided Mud Therapy Session.

1:00 – 2:30 PM Lunch 

3:00 – 5:00 PM Rest, recovery, free time.

 5:00 – 6:00 PM Emotional Resilience & Stress Detox Coaching 

6:00 PM Dinner 

 8:00pm onwards Social connection evening.
